KMP Far East seeks for an order management system that allows them to check stock in real-time. As the company has branches located in many parts of Asia Pacific Region, it hinders the process in creating a system that incorporates all the various databases while fulfilling the orders. Moreover, with a wide range and large quantity of diesels engine parts, it further exacerbates the challenge to create a system to check their stock in real-time. Without a real-time order management system, the company is unable to give the most accurate information to their clients.


We undertook the following steps to craft a strategy catering to the requirements of this project:

  1. Reviewed the previous corporate website before starting on the project.
  2. Revamped the corporate website for ease of navigation and better accessibility of information for the customers. 
  3. Built an order management system which helps to manage and fulfil orders that includes everything from ordering of items to delivering the products to the customers. 
  4. Pilot testing was performed to ensure that the system was up and running   
  5. Fix bugs or problems that surfaced during the pilot test. 
  6. Integrated the system with the databases ensuring that order management is seamless.
  7. Provided demo and guided the employees of the company on how to use the system.
